So, smoothies are once again part of my daily breakfast habit. I always have to wait until the weather warms up to drink them, because I get too cold otherwise.
I have about 5 that I generally make, and this week it is blueberries...mostly because they were on sale at the grocery store.
For this smoothie I add about 1 cup of greek yogurt, 1 cup of blueberries, 1/2 frozen banana and 1/2 cup coconut milk. Just blend it up in the blender and you are ready to go. This one is a good boost of protein, wit hlots of good vitamins. Bananas are a great way to sweeten without adding extra sugar.
