So, I have this friend.
Well, I have a few of them.
We like to do ridiculous things together.
This time we went to the Manitou Springs Coffin Races.
Such ridiculous fun!
There are 60+ teams of five people
Each one had a theme: Wizard of Oz, Legos, Steampunk, etc.
Anything goes!
Each team races a coffin (pretty much like a soap-box derby) up the main street in town.
The coffins ranged from outhouses to helicopters to coffins.
And, yes, a couple of them either crashed or ended up where they didn't need to be.
We had lots of fun.
Got lots of sun.
And came home tired.
I love my friends!
