I pulled out the machine and just started stitching last night.
Am I the only one that tends to wait for a long stretch of free time before I will sew? Since those times almost never come, I need to change my tactic!
This was a quick one, but I had to pick out about half of the stitches after I filled up the bobbin. Silly me, I didn't check the back after I started sewing and I had a bunch of loose thread all over the place. Too impatient, I suppose. That's not like me at all. Usually I obsessively check the back when I sew since this has happened to me too many times to count.
My hope is to bind this one up today since I am having some sewing time with a friend. I am crossing my fingers that I get lots done--along with a bunch of chatting and snacking!
