It's been forever since I have made homemade bread. My shop keeps me just too busy to do it anymore. A friend of mine recommended this recipe and I have to say that I LOVE IT!
You make enough for 4-8 loaves at one time and keep it in the refrigerator until you want to use it. No kneading required. I wasn't even able to refrigerate it (which adds flavor) before making the loaf and it tasted great.
Bread will be on our dinner table more often, for sure.
You can also make Naan with the dough and I intend to try that. Last week I made this recipe for Chicken Tikka Masala and it was wonderful. The Naan will be perfect for next time.
