I hardly ever make New Year's Resolutions, simply because I don't keep them. I do, however, make goals, because without goals I tend to just think a lot about the things I want to do. Goals are, in a sense, resolutions without the pressure, you know?
In 2013 I have some things I want to do, craftwise.
***Make Aubry a rainbow quilt.
***Make t-shirt quilts for a couple of my kids. The shirts are all picked out and ready to go!
***Finish the double wedding ring quilt that I found at an antique store.
***Grow more confident in machine-quilting.
***Learn to crochet
***Make more things just for me.
***Finish Micah's ties and but out bowties.
***Develop my sewing classes.
***Make a quilt that I love, no matter how hard or how many tiny pieces are in it. A mini-quilt, maybe?
***Sew more for my handmade shop.
***Just sew more in general. It relaxes me.
That's it! I have that list on my desk so I can see it and not forget the direction that I want to go.
What about you? Any crafty goals for 2013?
