I am buried in fabric and shipping envelopes (which is so great, by the way) so there is no time for sewing.
Today anyway.
We started school yesterday and I am hoping to create a bit more time for myself by moving Aubry's desk into my shop/office/craft room. This way I can work while she works. It's easy to stop and answer questions or give directions when she is right next to me.
I have a few things on the "to-do in the future" list.
I found these wonderful kitchen towels at Target and I would like to create something fun with them. A couple of tote bags, maybe?
A stray copy of the Shearwater Kaftan pattern was found in my pattern drawer and I think it will be great paired with some AMH voile. I love this type of look for fall.
Cool and comfortable.
