The fact is that I have had no time for sewing, and I don't see any in my near future either. Summer is just too full of activity and sunshine to come inside and sit at the sewing machine.
Is anyone else struggling with this?
I am almost at that "I want a little more structure in my life" place where I start looking forward to fall and getting back into school mode.
Almost.
In reality, seeing the school supply aisle at the store is stressing me out. This all feels too rushed!
I have finally started cutting out my star quilt using this tutorial. Three block sizes are being cut, although I don't have a clear plan in mind. Yet.
As I go forward I know that inspiration will strike at the right time.
For now I am just going to cut, and I will sew when the time feels right.
What about you? Are you working on anything, or is the sunshine calling your name?
