I hosted a baby shower for a friend of mine over a week ago, and I am just now finishing her baby quilt!
Please tell me you do that too, sometimes!
I actually wrapped the quilt-in-progress, complete with safety pins, but then just had her leave it here so I could get it done.
And done we are!
The fabrics in this quilt are built around The Savanna Bop Collection. I really like the colors and the sweet prints, so it was a perfect starting point.
The layout is super simple, starting with rows of three fabrics cut to square and then laid out in color order diagonally with the direction of the fabrics alternated.
Of course, I am unable to post about a finished quilt without a binding picture!
My hope is that little Elise enjoys many hours of snuggling in her new blankie!
