A little pincushion made for a swap.
Thought and Found's Sawtooth Star Tutorial was the basis for my red star block. I am drawn to all of the lovely star quilts that I see lately. Making one may be in my future.
A mini version, probably.
I attacked the scrap basket for the red prints, and the grey is Quilter's Linen. Why is it that my consistent dipping into the scrap basket is yielding more and more scraps, rather than less?
Also, I used Heather's Square Deal Pincushion Tutorial to get the square shape. Pretty simple, really!
Hmmm...I think I should have made one for myself!
