It's that time of the year again: $1.00 raspberries at the grocery store!
I stocked up, as usual, and stuck all of the berries in the freezer so that I can make jam over the next couple of weeks. Before I can start I have some spring-cleaning to attend to.
One pie was made (so far) and a few packages have been used for smoothies, so I am already in need of restocking. Each year I make jam from 40 containers and it lasts until I make it again. In fact, I have exactly one jar left in the refrigerator.
Just in time!
In case you are interested, this is the recipe that I use. For some reason, it says "2 cups heavy cream", but it should say "2 cups sugar".
