Well, it looks like a Quilt-Along is in order for the new year! I will post more information closer to the start date (I am aiming for January 18th) along with a list of materials needed.
Some items to think about now (Christmas gifts, maybe?) are a cutting mat, rotary cutter and ruler (I use the omnimat, omnigrid ruler and fiskers cutter, but other brands work well too). Joann Fabrics often has these in a set for 50% off around the holidays. You could also try Hobby Lobby using their 40% off coupon. Both stores offer online shopping.
I have added some adorable new patterns from Izzy and Ivy Designs to my shop. Very cute for little girl's clothes and a new bag pattern too.
If you haven't seem the movie UP, rent it this weekend and watch with your family. It is great!
