Oh No!
I forgot it was starting this week!! I'll get busy!

i'm an eager reader this week!

I don't know about anyone else, but I am really enjoying writing about these topics, reading everyone elses blogs and reading all of the lovely comments I have been getting.
Thanks so much for hosting this!!

I've enjoyed writing on these subjects too. Here is my latest. http://www.homeschoolblogger.com/RhondaMama/

Forgive me, but I'm still on the question from yesterday, so I have to briefly address that first! After working in the school system for a few years, and meeting a couple of home school moms, I felt "God tugging on my heart." My husband and I both soon agreed that we were being led to be a home school family. To us, home schooling wasn't "an option," but "the option!"

Concerning today's question, I've just completed one year, so I realize I'm no expert! However, I know our Lord is revealing more and more to me each day! I also look for other's input whenever I get the chance--many people who have been at this for more than a decade.

The main aspect that comes to mind is making sure I'm right with Him, and my attitude is right before we even start our day! To me, if the heart's not right, all the schedules and lesson plans can go right out the window!

I look forward to taking a closer look at comments made to this post.

Thanks so much for hosting this!!

I had no idea you were doing this until...gulp...today. I will try to post something at least for Thursday or Friday...and in the meantime, visit some of the links. What a great idea, Randi!

Uh where have I been? I tood had no idea you were doing this. I'll try to hop on board tomorrow.

This has been so informative - I combine today and did Thursday and Friday so just wanted to give that Heads up!!! Thanks for doing this - it has been great!

This is great! I found you through Wordpress's "topic search" and other WP folks who had participated Tuesday evening... Wednesday I wanted to participate but didn't find the time... so finally today I took the time and went ahead and answered the previous day's topics too! I will be back tomorrow.
Now I can't wait to check out the other posts for some encouragement of my own!

Love your design, Randi. Looks great. :) Hope I can get out of boxes and back to homeschooling soon!

Thanks for visiting my blog! And for the comment. I think that would be great, to "know" someone for when we move.

Our schooling direction has changed as of now and we have gotten clear direction about it, which you can read about on my Colorado Dreaming page, if you want. I am going to put a small post about it on my Journey page. But I will be homeschool ing in a couple of years with my younger two and am excited about that day.

Thanks so much again for stopping by. Which direction are you from Westcliffe? And is there a good homeschool support group in that area? I tried to find out but didn't have any luck.

i enjoyed. thanks for doing it.

I got my two cents in a little late. :-)
