holiday baking fun
Some of the best days are holiday baking days!
Kids love to get involved in measuring, mixing and taste-testing. If they can see over the counter while standing on a chair, they can help.
Recipes that call for rolling dough or dipping things in chocolate are perfect for kids. Big messes are ahead, but so is much fun and sweetness!

little button wreath
Aubry was in the mood to make something so we grabbed the button jar, some wire and a piece of ribbon after we found this tutorial. Leave it to Martha to make something so sweet!
You could make these for the tree or for small gift decorations. Little girls may want to personalize these using a friend's favorite colors for the buttons and ribbons.
One bonus about this craft? There is almost no mess involved! Except for picking up some buttons, the clean-up time was just a minute or two. This makes it a perfect craft in my book!
